5 Rounds for Time:
- 20 Pullups
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Situps
- 50 Squats
Round 1: 3:29
Round 2: 3:49
Round 3: 4:38
Round 4: 4:26
Round 5: 4:27
5 Round Total: 20:49
Total Time: 32:52
My abs are still pretty beat up from the GH situps the other day, so the situps were what really slowed me down today. All the pullups were straight through.
