2 Rounds of "Badger"
- 30 Squat Cleans, 95 lbs
- 30 Pull-ups
- Run 800 meters
Time: 24:14
Note to self, doing high rep squat cleans the day after heavy deadlifting is really counterproductive. I was limited solely by lower back fatigue and not by conditioning. I definitely want to do this WOD again in the near future.
