Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
All exercises were done straight through except for the push-ups. The squats were slow but steady for the most part - definitely the place to gain more time.Round 1 3:17
