Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
We had no idea what kind of weight to use, so we put on 135-lbs just to see what would happen. Let's just say that this was one of the most frustrating WODs yet. Sweaty hands and failing grip make this very very painful.I finished the 1st round of 15 without fouling. On the 2nd round, I made it through the 8th rep and on the 3rd round I made it to the 6th rep before my grip failed. When I put the bar down, I wiped off th sweat and got right back on the bar in less than 10 seconds.
