- Sit-ups
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

I stopped there because my right hip flexor was starting to bother me again. Seeing as I'd hit a new PR on the Front Squats, I decided to call it a day.
