AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Pistols, Alternating Legs
- 15 Pull-ups
Total: 9 Rounds + 8 Pistols
Pretty happy with today. I used the CF Gymnastics "tripod" method for the HSPUs and it worked really well: all sets were unbroken. For the pull-ups, I broke up all of the sets as 10+5, except for the last set where I did all 15.
