CrossFit - 7Oct (pm)
At the ultimate baby-Globo Gym ever in my hotel in D.C. I had to throw together a workout. Ended up doing
21-15-9
- 25-lbs Dumbell Thrusters
- Pullups
- Bench Dips (Hands on two benchs with feet on a third bench)
I didn't time myself...but I was definately rusty on the CrossFit stuff. Ugh!
