- -Sub-3 minute Fran *PR: 3:57
- -Dead Lift: 3x Bodyweight (540-lbs). *PR: 405x5
- -Back Squat: 2.5x Bodyweight (450-lbs). *PR: 345-lbs (Below Parallel)
- -10 consecutive Ring Muscle-ups. *PR: 5
- -Olympic Distance Triathlon: Sub-3 hours. *Not attempted
- -5K Run: Sub-19 minutes. *PR: 19:36
