AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Pistols, Alternating Legs
- 15 Pull-ups
Total: 9 Rounds + 8 Pistols
Pretty happy with today. I used the CF Gymnastics "tripod" method for the HSPUs and it worked really well: all sets were unbroken. For the pull-ups, I broke up all of the sets as 10+5, except for the last set where I did all 15.

1900: Did today's WOD with Ed, Matt, and Randy.

Total Rounds: 11 + 5 HSPU (PR!!!)
Great day today. Still setting PRs, even on a tough day like today. Took about an hour nap after post-WOD breakfast.
Note: Tore open both hands (see picture...LOL).

CrossFit - 21Dec08

Max rounds in 20-minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 One legged squats, alternating legs
- 15 Pull-ups
Total: 9 Rounds in 18:30
I ended up stopping because my hands were on the verge of tearing. I've got some small blisters, but the skin didn't tear open. I guess that's what I get for doing 130 pull-ups without my hands getting acclimated to CrossFit again.

Max rounds in 20-minutes:

I managed to twist my left ankle coming off the pull-up bar after the first set, so I wasn't able to do unassisted squats on my left leg. I had to use a pole for balance coming out of the bottom. So, this isn't exactly "official" but I'm still happy with the result. The HSPUs felt really easy and I was able to do all the pull-up sets unbroken!
Total: 10 Rounds in 20:25
