Max Rounds in 20 minutes:
- 2 Muscle-ups
- 4 Handstand Push-ups
- 8 Kettlebell Swings, 2-pood (subbed 70-lbs Dumbell)
This is a very strength based workout and muscular failure on the HSPUs becomes the limiting factor. The KB swings felt much easier today than last time.
Total: 11 Rounds
