sorry, no pull-ups, bud. i wonder what coach has in store for our third day. he must be buttering us up for a girl WOD.
today i did the first 15 straight, then it was all 5-5-5, or 7-8, i did the last set 10-5 cause i wanted to get it over with....
oh and also, i changed my posts for the rest days all the way back... click on the "rest" label on one of my rest day posts. it'll bring all of them up. then read the quotes i threw in there... some funny, some inspirational.
