Distance Run - 15Sept (am)

Supposed to be an easy 10 miles, turns out my legs were pretty shot after last night's jump rope fest. Felt pretty crappy after 2 miles, and it only got worse. Hung in there to finish though, good mental workout too.

Total Time: 1:32:08 (9:12 min/mile pace)
