CrossFit - 1Jan (am)

Happy New Year!

Started off with a set of Tabata Push-ups then did a 3 mile run with a Tabata set in the middle. On the push-ups I really focused on full ROM and touching ONLY my chest on every rep.

Push-ups:
15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 9, 6, 6
