CrossFit - 9Mar (pm)

Today was supposed to be "Lynne," but all of us are experiencing major triceps soreness and are just overall crushed. So we decided to throw in a little something different.

21-15-9

- Overhead Squats, 95-lbs
- Double Unders
- GHD Sit-Ups
