CrossFit - 16Jul (pm)

Couldn't do today's mainpage WOD so subbed something from Catalyst Athletics

3 Rounds for time:
- 20 Pull-ups
- 15 Knees-to-Elbows
- 10 Ring Dips

As always, K2Es slowed me down. Great WOD though!
