CrossFit - 6Nov (pm)

Back Squat

Legs just had nothing left, called it at 6 reps. Still not too happy about this. I felt great at 265 but 285 just crushed me. I really wasn't in it mentally today, but what else is new...that's been the trend for the last 2 weeks.
